Individual therapy is a space for you to slow down and make sense of what’s going on — whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.

I adapt our work based on you — your needs, your experiences, and your goals. I draw from mindfulness, EMDR, somatic practices, and relational and insight-oriented approaches to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and start feeling more grounded, empowered, and clear.

I am a native Spanish speaker, have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and am LGBTQ+ affirming. I will take the time to get to know you, your experiences, and your goals.


EMDR Therapy

Go beyond talking — heal where it lives, in your body and nervous system. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured evidence-based approach that helps you process the emotional weight of past experiences. Unlike talk therapy alone, EMDR works directly with the brain and body’s natural healing process to shift how disturbing memories, beliefs, and body sensations are stored — so they feel less overwhelming, less triggering, and more in the past where they belong.

If you’re someone who knows you're safe or worthy but struggles to feel that deep down, EMDR can help bridge that gap.

EMDR can be helpful for a variety of challenging experiences, including early relational traumas, accidents and assaults, miscarriage, birth trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. For more information about EMDR click HERE.


Teletherapy

I offer virtual therapy for residents of New Jersey, New York, and PSYPACT participating states.

All virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform to safeguard your privacy. You can access these live video sessions through your computer, tablet, or smartphone. We will work together to decide whether virtual or in-person treatment is the right fit for you. 


Therapist Coaching

Therapist coaching offers a supportive space to deepen your practice, refine your skills, and navigate the challenges of the work. I offer personalized guidance to help you build confidence, refine your approach, and integrate new techniques into your work.

I provide personalized feedback on your cases, ethical dilemmas, and professional development. We’ll work together to deepen your understanding of your emotional responses in therapy, and explore how to use them to enhance your practice. You’ll gain clarity on your unique therapeutic style and niche, helping you feel more confident in showing up authentically. I’ll also offer strategies for managing imposter syndrome, preventing burnout, and finding a better work-life balance. If you’re starting or shifting your private practice, I’ll guide you through those transitions as well.

The goal is to support you in your ongoing development as a therapist, ensuring you feel empowered and aligned with the work you're doing, while finding balance in both your personal and professional life.
