You’ve Been Showing Up for Everyone Else.
It’s Time to Show Up for You.
Compassionate Trauma-Informed Therapy
You’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just… not yourself lately. Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together, but inside… you're exhausted. It can feel complicated to slow down, admit something isn’t working, and wonder whether your struggles are “enough” to deserve care.
Wanting and needing support is something we can all relate to.
MEET DR. THAI
Welcome! I’m glad you found your way here.
Reaching out for support is not always easy, so if you’ve made it this far, something in you is ready for change.
I provide trauma-informed individual therapy to support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and relationship challenges.
I work with thoughtful, curious people who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal from past experiences that still feel raw, strengthen their self-worth and coping capacity, and build healthier relationships.
I am a New Jersey and New York-licensed psychologist based in New Jersey. As a PSYPACT provider, I am able to work with residents of 43 U.S. states. Click here to see if you live in a PSYPACT-participating state.
Virtual and in-person sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Therapy is incredibly helpful for many people, and it is not the only path to healing. There are many ways we grow and find support.
That said, therapy can be especially helpful if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in what you are carrying. If you are willing to look inward, speak honestly about your experiences, get curious about your patterns, and remain open to reflection and feedback, therapy can offer meaningful growth and relief.

Imagine feeling more grounded. Like you can finally breathe and respond instead of react. Therapy isn’t about being fixed. It’s about feeling seen, deepening awareness, and taking small, meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
You’ll have a safe space to process experiences that feel heavy or stuck, develop ways to calm and support yourself, and shift patterns that are no longer serving you. Over time, this work can help you feel less overwhelmed, cultivate greater self-compassion, feel more steady, set clearer boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships.

A therapist who is approachable, attuned, and real.
A collaborative process with room for curiosity, growth, and even a little humor.
Opportunities to process experiences that feel heavy or stuck and develop ways to calm and support yourself.
Tools and strategies to help you navigate difficult emotions and challenges with greater confidence.
A focus on healing, not fixing, because you’re not broken.
MY APPROACH
I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, care, and connection. My hope is that through our work, you’ll find insight, relief, and a renewed sense of possibility.
We’ll explore how your past may still be shaping your present, especially in relationships, your sense of self, and the ways you cope. I integrate mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic practices so you don’t just understand your patterns, you start to feel change from the inside out.
More than anything, I wish for you to feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted. You’ve got a safe space here. Let’s find your way forward, together.
